Clarification 1

By way of exception to what is stated in the newly issued Regulation, please note that, exclusively for the current year, it will be possible to attach to the mooring request a simple valid compulsory insurance policy for the vessel, issued in the name of the owner of the unit for which the application is submitted.

The insurance coverage will need to be supplemented at a later stage in accordance with the instructions that will be provided by the Company.
