Individual Rights Art. 7 - (Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights)

Individuals have the right to obtain a confirmation or denial of the collection of their personal data, even in not yet saved, the communication of which must be intelligible.

The individual has the right to be informed of:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purpose and method of collection;
c) the applied logic in cases in which the collection is carried out using electronic means;
d) the identification of the data collecting entity, the supervisor and representative pursuant to article 5, comma 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data may be communicated or which may have access to the personal data in the role of representative assigned to that territory of the State, of the supervisors or managers.

The individual has a right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction, or, when desired, completion of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous, or blockage of data collected in violation of the law, including that for which storage is not necessary for the purpose for which the data was collected or subsequently used;
